One thing I use is this chart! I love it!!! It helps so much and I’ve learned to control my cravings so well!
Lunch time! Sautéed chicken breast, sweet cherry tomatoes, and cute bunapi mushrooms over a bed of organic greens! By the way, if you’re ever like eew chicken breast is too bland and you miss skin, fat, and dark meat…bunapi mushrooms actually taste very buttery so it compensates for the lean taste of the chicken breast…while obviously being a very healthy thing to eat! I’m such a mushroom fan. I got the bunapi’s at an Asian grocery market. Yum yum in my tum tum. So many ways to prepare salads this summer. The options and combinations are endless!

So I can never make a pretty omelet this is usually how good it gets but it’s taste absolutely wonderful!
Salt and pepper
Chopped Mushrooms (how ever much you would want in your omelet)
Chopped spinach ( how ever much you want in your omelet)
Hot sauce (your favorite)
Whisk your eggs and pour into pre heated pan
Pour your chopped spinach and mushrooms
Fold over when omelet is ready and then when inside is sort of steady you flip.
Repeat that step until firm and no longer runny.
Then put a dash of salt and pepper!
Me and my guyfriend are doing this challenge and were turning it into a competition! We will double the day everyday just to make it harder! So hopefully soon I’ll have some transformation photos coming up!! We are both super competitive so this should be a lot of fun!!
